I own the systems and processes that support demand generation, sales follow-up, and lifecycle visibility. My focus is building HubSpot environments that are clear, usable, and aligned to how teams actually work.
I design lifecycle models that reflect real buyer movement, not theoretical funnels. This includes defining stages, entry and exit criteria, and the automation that supports progression, handoff, and re-engagement.
I build and manage automated workflows for campaign follow-up, lead nurture, re-engagement, and internal notifications. All automation is documented and reviewed regularly to prevent conflicts, duplication, or breakdowns as programs scale.
I own HubSpot at the system level, including account structure, properties, forms, workflows, lists, and integrations. My approach prioritizes clarity and long-term maintainability over quick fixes.
I evaluate how data is created, updated, and reported across the platform to ensure consistency between marketing, sales, and leadership views. Changes are implemented with clear logic, testing, and documentation to support adoption.
I build lead scoring, routing, and assignment logic that supports both inbound and outbound motions. This includes aligning definitions, property usage, and lifecycle stages so teams are working from the same data.
I create reporting that answers practical questions such as lead volume, follow-up timing, conversion by stage, and campaign performance. Reports are built for regular use by marketing and sales leaders, not one-off analysis.
I partner closely with sales, marketing, RevOps, and executive leadserhip to ensure systems support follow-up, accountability, and pipeline visibility. This includes aligning on lifecycle definitions, task creation, notifications, and deal processes.
When issues arise, I work backward from the desired outcome, identify where breakdowns occur, and adjust process or automation accordingly. I prioritize solutions that fit existing workflows and encourage adoption rather than forcing change for the sake of structure.
I bring hands-on experience across marketing operations, automation, reporting, and project management. My work centers on building systems and processes that support teams, improve execution, and scale effectively.
