OPEN TO WORK -> Ops | AI | GTM - 10+ Years HubSpot Super Admin Experience
A deeper look at how I work, how I think, and what I value in my next role.
I’ve spent my career in marketing and GTM operations, with a focus on building systems that teams can actually use. I started in broader marketing roles and naturally gravitated toward operations because I enjoy solving process problems, reducing friction, and helping teams execute more effectively.
Outside of work, I care a lot about volunteering and community involvement and spending as much time enjoying live music with my husband as possible.
Roles where I can own systems end to end and partner closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps. I do my best work when expectations are clear, collaboration is encouraged, and the focus is on improving how teams work rather than adding unnecessary process.
I start by understanding the goal and what is not working today. I talk to the people closest to the work, review the data and systems involved, and map the current state before proposing changes.
From there, I prioritize solutions that reduce friction and fit existing workflows. I document decisions, communicate clearly, and revisit performance after implementation to make sure the solution is actually working.
I look at impact first, especially anything tied to revenue, pipeline, or team productivity. I also consider downstream dependencies and whether a delay will create more work later.
When priorities compete, I communicate tradeoffs early so stakeholders understand what is realistic and why. Clear expectations prevent unnecessary stress and rework.
Most of my roles have required close partnership with sales and RevOps. This includes aligning lifecycle stages, improving lead follow-up, building reporting leadership can trust, and adjusting automation based on real sales feedback.
I try to speak in terms of outcomes sales cares about, not just systems or metrics, which helps build trust and adoption.
I involve stakeholders early, explain the why behind changes, and document processes clearly. I also build in review points so teams can provide feedback and adjustments can be made.
I’ve found that adoption improves when systems support existing workflows and when people feel heard during the process.
Clear understanding of the business, strong relationships with cross-functional partners, and a solid grasp of how systems and data flow today.
I also aim to identify a few quick improvements that reduce friction while building a longer-term plan for optimization.
Success looks like clarity and consistency. Teams understand where leads are, what happens next, and how performance is measured. Reporting is trusted, follow-up is reliable, and systems support execution instead of slowing it down.
A collaborative culture, clear ownership, and a company that values thoughtful execution over quick fixes. I’m most motivated when I can partner with smart, practical people and contribute to building something that works long term.
Helping teams do their work more easily and effectively. When I can remove friction, improve clarity, and make someone’s job a little better, that’s motivating.
I learn best by doing. I regularly explore new tools, build small test workflows, and stay close to how systems are evolving. I also seek feedback and adjust based on what’s working and what isn’t.
